Kihako Narisawa (成澤 幾波子, Narisawa Kihako, born 23 February 1984, in Tokyo) is a Japanese artist, dancer, choreographer.

Life and career[edit]

Kihako Narisawa was born in Tokyo, Japan in 1984. She has relocated to France for professional dance education in 2002, at École supérieure de danse de Cannes Rosella Hightower in Cannes. She studied at Codarts in Rotterdam, The Netherland, and received bachelor degree of Arts in Dance in 2006. She began her professional career with Fondazione Nazionale della Danza Aterballetto under the direction of the choreographer Mauro Bigonzetti in 2005. From 2009 to 2013, she joined Thoss Tanzkompanie, the Hessisches Staatstheater Wiesbaden (State Theatre of the German state Hesse in its capital Wiesbaden). In 2013, she joined Ballett Basel at Theater Basel, in Switzerland, under the direction of Richard Wherlock. Since 2016, she is a freelance artist, living in Frankfurt, Germany, presenting her own choreographic works.[1][2][3]
