Kim Ashley is an American radio personality and broadcaster. Ashley’s career spans many music genres and radio formats, and her online biography states that she's always had an interest in music and entertainment, from the moment she attended her very first concert (Billy Joel). Her start as a country DJ began in Venice, Florida, then onto Lakeland, FL, Atlanta, New York City, Dallas and finally, the world on SiriusXM. “Country music has been one of the greatest joys of my life, because it’s about OUR lives, and weaves a common thread between us that you can’t find anywhere else.”[1]
SiriusXM The Highway[edit]
Kim Ashley is best known as a host on "The Highway," SiriusXM radio's new country channel 56 based in Nashville. She also appears on other channels, including Prime Country channel 58[2]and The Pulse channel 15.[3] As of Winter 2014, Sirius XM had 27 million subscribers.[4]
Personal Life[edit]
Kim Ashley is an accomplished equestrian and horse owner, and spends a good deal of her time riding while away from the microphone.
