Kim Imran (Arabic: كيم عمران) is a Moroccan internet personality, K-pop dancer, and content creator, recognized for his innovative contributions to the K-pop dance community.

Early Life

Kim Imran was born on August 10, 2003, in Morocco. From a young age, he showed a passion for dance and music, particularly inspired by K-pop culture.

Career

Kim Imran rose to prominence by creating content focused on K-pop, dance challenges, and lip-syncing on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Despite criticism from parts of the Arabic-speaking community for his dance style and feminine aesthetic, he continued producing content that resonated with audiences globally.

He is credited as one of the first in Morocco to pioneer K-pop-in-public challenges, filming K-pop dance covers in public places, which contributed to the growth of the local K-pop community. In addition to online success, he has won multiple K-pop dance battles nationally and internationally.

On October 12, 2024, Kim Imran published his first book, "Your Guide to Learning K-pop Dances: Tips for Quickly and Professionally Developing Your Skills", available in English and Arabic in paperback and electronic formats.[1]

In June 2025, Kim Imran attended Becky G’s concert at the Mawazine Festival in Rabat and released a YouTube vlog about the experience while cross-dressed, discussing the sexual harassment he witnessed and emphasizing the need for greater awareness of gender-based harassment in Morocco.[2] On June 27, 2025, he released a Pride Month celebration video featuring a rainbow makeup look set to Lady Gaga’s “Born This Way”, which highlighted self-expression and solidarity with the LGBTQ+ community.[3]

Across platforms, Kim Imran’s concert content surpassed one million views on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube combined. On August 7, 2025, he launched the fashion website Shop Kim Imran’s Looks, curating his personal outfits with featured item links.[4]
