Kingdom of David
Script error: No such module "AfC submission catcheck". The Kingdom or dynasty of David is first referred to in the Hebrew Bible. The first indication is when the shepherd boy David, son of Jesse, was anointed king by the prophet Samuel as ordered by God and recorded in the Old Testament book of 1 Samuel 16:12.[1] The Kingdom of David is also referred to in the New Testament book of Luke 1:32-33. In reference to Jesus it is written: "He will be great and will be called the Son of the Most High. The Lord God will give him the throne of his father David" [2] For many years archeologists questioned the veracity of the ancient account as being historical as no ancient textual or artefactual evidence references that such a kingdom had ever existed outside of the pages of the bible. Then in 1993 The Tel Dan, or “House of David” inscription, was discovered at the site of Tel Dan in northern Israel. On November 11, 2011, a website was registered with the URL WWW.KINGDOMOFDAVID.ORG[3] and is still active as of December 30, 2021. In the Kingdomofdavid.org website they purport to reestablish the Kingdom of David in modern times. They have a logo and world outlook. On the front page of the site is written "The Kingdom of David, has a different plan for the world based in reason, an alternative path with a hopeful future. We have announced to the People of Jerusalem on January 8, 2010, that we intend on restoring the Kingdom of David and providing an alternative world system with enhanced, Justice Security and Freedom for all aligned Nations.
The re-establishment of the Throne of David will have global acceptance and allegiance enabling a parallel global political, economic and military alliance based upon accepted historic truths.
