Kinter is a railways sidings and former populated place situated in Yuma County, Arizona.[2] It has an estimated elevation of 184 feet (56 m) above sea level.[1]
The Kinter Formation, a notable stratigraphic unit of nonmarine sedimentary rock spanning the Laguna Mountains and north end of the Gila Mountains, is named after the sidings.[3]
