Kiran Paudel (born 17 June 2002) is a Nepalese journalist[1] and television reporter,[2] known for his coverage of constitutional, judicial and political affairs.[3]
Background
Paudel was born in Balewa, Baglung, to Kismat Paudel and Punam Paudel.[2] He earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Programming from Tribhuvan University (United College) in 2025. Paudel started with the Annapurna Media Network, writing the Legal Watch series for The Annapurna Express,[4] which focused on judicial and constitutional issues.[5] He later joined Kantipur Television[6] as a reporter,[7] covering youth movements,[8] governance and legal affairs.[9]
Recognition
The Nepal Bar Association has recognized Paudel for his legal reporting.[10] He has also taken part in diplomatic observation missions and defence correspondent programs.[11]
