Kirill Zdanevich

Kirill Zdanevich (Georgian: კირილე ზდანევიჩი; November 16, 1892, Kutaisi – February 17, 1967, Tbilisi) was a Georgian Futurist painter, book illustrator, and theatrical designer of Polish descent.
He was a prominent figure of the Tbilisi Avant-Garde and the elder brother of the renowned poet and publisher Ilia Zdanevich (Iliazd). Together with his brother and the artist Mikhail Le Dentu, he is credited with discovering the works of the primitive painter Niko Pirosmani.
