Kislay Pandey is an Indian lawyer who was born in Pratapgarh in the state of Uttar Pradesh.[1][2][3]
Education[edit]
Kislay Pandey attended school in Allahabad. He holds an LLM in Corporate Law from G.D. University and also completed his PhD. He is a member of Bar Council of India, International Bar Association and American Bar Association.[4][5][6]
Professional life[edit]
Kislay Pandey practices at the Supreme Court of India.[1][3] He handles property issues, corruption, financial frauds, scams and many others cases. He was a part of major cases related to DHFL and Yes Bank scams. Kislay’s forensic findings was a part of DHFL Case.[3] His findings concluded that an economic offense of Rs. 1 lac crores had occurred.[7][8][7] He also handled the Bulandshahar gang rape case, Delhi PWD scam, NBFC scam and Shahbauddin Case.[9][9] He heads the Managium Juris, a top-ranking law conglomerate having global dimensions.
