Klee Project is an Italian rock band from Rome.

Biography

Formed in 2011, starting from an idea by Roberto Sterpetti (lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist), and later supported by Enrico Scutti, who participated in the composition of the lyrics. After five years of work, the first album was born: "The long way". [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] [6] [7] [8]

Thirteen songs were written, arranged, and composed by Roberto Sterpetti and Enrico Scutti: a style blending southern rock, alternative/contemporary metal, eighties electro/pop, and symphonic music.[9]

The first work features, in addition to founder and frontman Roberto Sterpetti, Marco Sfogli (guest guitars), Lorenzo Poli (bass), and Antonio Aronne (drums), but also a 14-member string orchestra, directed by maestro Francesco Santucci (RAI Orchestra). Additionally, the song "Hereafter" includes Tina Guo's cello. [10]

In the summer of 2017, the band underwent changes and, after two weeks of composition, released its second album: "Living in confusion".

Eleven tracks, continuing the mix of southern Italian rock, this time composed and arranged by Roberto Sterpetti, with the collaboration of two American artists, Michael Botula and Blitch66. The second album also features two new band members: Chicco Gussoni on guitar and Daniele Iacono on drums. Lorenzo Poli remained on bass.
