Kleoniki Deligiorgi (born on August 28, 1996) is an Albanian model born and raised in Greece, best known for her collaborations with Sophia Webster, Toni & Guy, Cosmopolitan Italia, etc. At age 15, in June 2012, she won Miss Albania, and then in November 2012 Miss Globe International

Kleoniki was born on August 28, 1996 in Ioannina, Greece. She was born to a businessman Mihal Delijorgji, and a mother Majlinda Hetemaj. She grew up in Athens, attended classes at the St.Lawrence English college until the age of 15. Then in 2011 she returned to live in Albania where she attended the Independent College. She was only 15 years old, won Miss Albania in June 2012, and Miss Globe International in November of the same year.

She started her modeling career in 2013, and in 2015 she went on with MP Management in Milan, with Place Models in Hamburg , in Brussels with Dominique Models, in London with Milk Management , in Paris with MP Management, and Athens with D Models. She interrupted her work as a full-time model in November 2017.
Kleoniki has worked with Guerlain, Costume National, Toni & Guy, Sophia Webster, Primark, Vague UK , Wonderland UK, Cosmopolitan UK, Elle GR, Fashion for Relief by Naomi Campbell, Axwell Ingrosso, Zalando, etc.

Kleoniki is 1.75m tall, has brown hair and hazel colored eyes. She is known in the field of modeling for her unique eyebrow scar.
