Knest Manufacturers LLP provides construction-tech solutions worldwide for real estate and infrastructure development projects.[1] Knest was founded in 2014 by Nitin Mittal,[2] the current Chairman and Managing Director.[3]

Headquartered in Pune, India, it supplies aluminium formwork solutions worldwide. The fundamental idea of Knest is to build an efficient construction ecosystem. It has scaled to become a market leader across key parameters, such as production capacity, clientele, and service.[4][5]
Products
Aluminium has extensive use in formwork,[6] panelling, facade design, and structural systems. Knest is the only company in India to provide all standard panels, including 600mm width in Single Piece Extrusion.[7]
Knest Monolithic
This is the company’s flagship offering of high-performing, durable aluminium formwork. Monolithic comes in two classes: premium and standard. The premium product uses single extrusion panels made of 6061 T6 Grade aluminium. It is the gold standard material for use in construction because it provides the highest flexibility and durability. Monolithics retain 100 percent of the tensile strength of the raw material, and it can handle weight up to 6000 kgs.

The standard version consists of stir welding panels made by joining two components together without melting the parent material. It is the same 6061 T6 Grade aluminium used to create a high durability, seamless final product. It retains a tensile strength of up to 67 percent and can handle weight up to 3000 kgs.
Knest Verticals
This is a special range of affordable, flexible, and modular aluminium formwork components for individual developers and contractors.
Advancements
Technology has advanced significantly in the construction industry. Knest has explored this idea from two aspects.
3D Virtual Reality Visualisation
With this apparatus, the stakeholders can walk and analyse the entire floor on a 1:1 scale. Knest uses this technology to navigate through safety measures and minimise errors.
Signature Walls
This combines aluminium formwork with formliners. The internal and external concrete areas can be more attractive with gradients, textures and graphics. This can save on time, maintenance, and additional labour.
