Knotice is a privately held company founded in 2003 by CEO Brian Deagan[4] and CTO Bill Landers. Knotice received funding from venture capital investor Jumpstart, Inc. in 2006.[5] Knotice released the Concentri platform in 2006 and the company has since grown quickly. March 19, 2014, Knotice was acquired by digital marketing giant IgnitionOne.[6][7][8][9]
