Intro
KnowBe4 is a software company specializing in cybersecurity. It was founded in 2010 by Stu Sjouwerman[1]. The current CEO is Bryan Palma[2][3]. Finally, in 2023, Vista Equity Partners[4] purchased KnowBe4 for 4.6 Billion dollars. Vista Equity Partners continues to own and operate KnowBe4.
Purpose
The purpose of KnowBe4 is to educate and train people on how to use cybersecurity, as well as offer their cybersecurity purposes. They focus on the human element of these.
