Konstantinos Aravosis
Professor Konstantinos Aravossis was born in Athens and he graduated from the German School of Athens. He first degree was in Mechanical Engineering, from the Aachen Technical University in Germany. He later obtained his M.Sc. in Management Science from the Imperial College of the University of London and completed as well his doctoral dissertation at National Technical University of Athens, in Business Research.[1][2].He is the father of two children.
Career[edit]
Professor Konstantinos Aravossis has an extensive research experience[3] (as a coordinator or as a member of the European Programs’ project team) in investment management and evaluation, business research and environmental investment analysis. He is the author of lots of investment management and business books[4][5] and has made numerous scholarly publications[6] in international scientific journals and minutes of international conferences.
He was the co-founder and main organizer of the largest national volunteer campaign “LETS DO IT GREECE” (with more than 45,000 volunteers). During this campaign, which is a part of the international campaign “LETS DO IT WORLD”, lots of places accross Greece are cleaned in one day with a symbolic character.
He has organised 11 International Conferences, he has over 100 Publications in international scientific journals and proceedings of International conferences, as well as 30 research projects.
