Koohiar Peik
"Koohiar Peik" is an Iranian Musical Artist[1], composer, pianist, conductor, and Film Composer[2], born in Sanandaj, Iran. he began playing the piano when he was 17 years old. Since the early 2011s, he has enjoyed a successful career on both Piano Solo and Orchestral Works and has also guested on many recordings by other performers and groups in Iran. In 2017, Peik's accomplishments garnered the attention of Arsalan Kamkar and Ardeshir Kamkar, who soon encouraged Peik seriously to continue composing music for orchestra. His professional career on "Film Scoring" was beginning in 2012. churns up to a great built-in talent and hard work, he has done so many successful projects over the past years such as Animation Series, Short Films, Movies, and Documentaries. He is the founder and also conductor of the "Sanandaj Chamber Orchestra - SCO" since 2017, the band which became simply popular and remained as one of the best Orchestral Folk groups so far.
