KoreFusion is a global consulting and advisory firm focused on mergers and acquisitions and strategy consulting for the payments and fintech industry.[1][2] It has its principal office in San Francisco with locations in New York City, Mexico City, Sao Paulo, Manila and Singapore.[3]

KoreFusion was founded by Jan Smith and Yogesh Oka.[4][5][6] As of 2004, Oka was the company's president.[7] The company specializes in providing strategy consulting, business operations, equity finance, IPO support and M&A advisory services to the fintech, payments, and financial services industries globally.[4] KoreFusion’s team has completed over 500 consulting projects around the world, while its M&A team has been part of over 90 commercial and investment deals. Most recently, KoreFusion served as the exclusive financial and strategic advisors to The Bancorp in the sale of their European business, Transact Payments Ltd.[8]

KoreFusion is organized into two business segments, both focused on fintech, payments, and financial services clients. The first, strategy consulting and the second, M&A advisory services.
