The Korea Federation of Talent (abbreviated to KFT) (Korean: 대한민국인재연합회, abbreviated to 대인연) is the is a professional talent development and sharing organization, representing the Republic of Korea and affirmed and initiating organization to the World Talent Exchange and Sharing Organization.

History of the Federation[edit]

  • In May 2011, the Preparation Group of the Korea Federation of Talent had been organized by several recipients of Talent Medal of Korea
  • September 21, 2011, the first general meeting had been organized and the Federation was officially lunched at the same day
  • In February, 2012, the Federation held their first Creative and Talent Tournament at South Chungcheong Province, South Korea
  • In 2013, the Federation and other national talent organizations collectively formed and joined to the World Talent Exchange and Sharing Organization [1]
  • In 2014, the Federation is designated as Education Donation Society, by the Minister of Education of Korea
  • In January 2015, the Federation passed their second constitution and bestowed five inaugural Fellows and three Associate Fellows of the Federation of Talent (abbreviated to FKT and AFKT respectably as the post-nominal).[2]
