Kori Ade is a U.S. National, International, World, and Olympic figure-skating coach, choreographer, and athlete-developer.
Early life and Education
Ade holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical and Biological Anthropology (Honors) from Loyola University Chicago.[1] She has completed certifications in off-ice training and is rated by the Professional Skaters Association (PSA) in Moves in the Field and Freestyle disciplines.[2]
Coaching career
Kori Ade has coached figure skaters at the national, world and Olympic levels.[2][3] In 2011 she was awarded the PSA Developmental Coach of the Year.[2] She developed a training methodology called TAPS (Total Athlete Performance Seminars) which emphasizes the “whole athlete” – physical, mental and emotional development.[2]
Ade previously coached Jason Brown (figure skater).
