Biography
Kostadin Filipov was born on August 24, 1979 in Velingrad. He received secondary education at the school "St. Cyril and Methodius", majoring in economics and management. He obtained three diplomas from Plovdiv University "Paisii Hilendarski": a bachelor's degree in "Bulgarian Philology" in 2001 and two master's degrees in "Bulgarian Studies" and "Journalism" in 2002.
