The Kostyantyn Efymenko Charitable Foundation (Ukrainian: Благодійний фонд Костянтина Єфименка) is a Ukrainian public non-profit organization founded by Kostyantyn Efymenko in 2011. The organization implements historical, educational, sport, social and other programs in Bila Tserkva, Ukraine aiming to improve the city's life and facilitate development.

Historical white church[edit]

In 2011—2013, the Charitable Foundation supported the archaeological excavation and museification of the artefacts on Zamkova Hora hill in Bila Tserkva. It was the main initiator and supporter of the restoration of the white orthodox temple of St. George the Victorious on the hill.[1][2]

Bilyi Bars Ice Arena[edit]

In 2012, NGO supported the opening of the Bilyi Bars Ice Arena in Bila Tserkva, which became the basic home arena, main clubhouse for HC Bilyi Bars, and a training area for several children's sports clubs.[3][4] The Charitable Foundation gives a finance support for hockey and figure skating departments of children's sports school: all children have free classes, uniforms and equipment.[1][5] The Charitable Foundation provides financial support to the hockey and figure skating departments of the junior sports school: all children have access to free classes, uniforms and equipment.

  • Program for seniors "Retirees Academy" (Akademiya pensioneriv) — chain of thematic clubs for elderly residents[11][12]
  • Program of assistance for couples facing infertility problems "Help a child to be born" (Dopomojy narodytysya dytyni)[1][13]
  • Assistance for volunteer and non-governmental organisations providing support for soldiers and their families[14]
  • Funding the publication of the book "The Branicki" about history of the Polish aristocratic family Branicki, who owned the land estates in Bila Tserkva[15][16]
