Kotomi Yamakawa (山川 琴美 Yamakawa Kotomi, born on March 12, 1982) is a voice actress employed by the Tokyo Actor's Consumer's Cooperative Society. She was one of the performers of the opening theme song for Negima! episodes one and eight, and she has a role in the Suikoden game Rhapsodia.
