Kozma Kumani Saatciu (born 6 August 1922) is an Albanian-born Venezuelan economist, investor, real estate developer and businessman. He is the chairman and CEO of Parcelamiento Corralito, C.A. Kumani is also a notable philanthropist, having assisted charitable associations.[1]
