Kris Gethin[edit]
Kris Gethin (born August 18, 1974) is a Welsh fitness trainer, author, businessman, known for his work with bollywood celebrities.[1][2] He is also co-founder of Kris Gethin Gyms.[3][4] His best known clients are Hrithik Roshan, John Abraham, Ranveer Singh and Vicky Kaushal.[5][6]
Early life[edit]
Born in Wales, Gethin spent his formative years on his family's farm, was interest in motocross but sustained a serious back injury, which proved to be a pivotal moment; he directed his focus towards fitness and well-being.[7][8]
