Kristin Gaspar is an American elected official in San Diego, California. She serves as a member of the San Diego County Board of Supervisors representing County Supervisorial District 3. She is a Republican, although county supervisor positions are officially nonpartisan per California state law. She was a candidate for the United States House of Representatives in the 2018 election for California's 49th congressional district.
District 3 includes the cities of Encinitas, Del Mar, Escondido, and part of San Diego.
She had endorsed the 2016 presidential candidacy of Donald Trump during the primary, but withdrew that endorsement in October 2016.
