Kristin Gaspar is an American elected official in San Diego, California. She serves as a member of the San Diego County Board of Supervisors representing County Supervisorial District 3. She is a Republican,[1] although county supervisor positions are officially nonpartisan per California state law. She was a candidate for the United States House of Representatives in the 2018 election for California's 49th congressional district.[2]

District 3 includes the cities of Encinitas, Del Mar, Escondido, and part of San Diego.[3]

She had endorsed the 2016 presidential candidacy of Donald Trump during the primary, but withdrew that endorsement in October 2016.[4]
