Kulandai Velappan (born 15 June 1984) is an Indian film director who works in the Tamil film industry . He made his debut as a director in the film Anmai thavarel a human trafficking action thriller movie 2011 release ,which claimed positive response from audience and film people.
Film Career[edit]
He did independent short film kutravali in 2006 and screened in avm studio to create attention among the producers, through which he got chance to do his first film.
