Kumanovo water crisis

Kumanovo Water Crisis 2001 was a deliberate water supply cutoff by the National Liberation Army (Macedonia) (NLA) which held the Lipkovo Lake area that supplied the civilian population in Kumanovo, Macedonia in early June 2001.[1][2]
