KumoMTA is an Open-Source Message Transfer Agent[2] written in Rust, released under the Apache License version 2.0, and hosted on GitHub.
Overview
KumoMTA was first released in March of 2023[3] with the intent to create an Open-Source alternative[4] to the high-performance proprietary email servers used by large-scale senders.[5]
Platform Support
KumoMTA is available for Linux 2/2023, Ubuntu 20/22, and Rocky Linux 8/9 as pre-built repositories. A Docker image is also available.[6] The software supports both X86-64 and AArch64 architectures.[7]
