Kurtis Lee Thomas is an American corporate mindfulness trainer, breathwork facilitator and author of the #1 best-selling book, The World is Yours, The Awakening - The Secrets Behind "The Secret".[1][2][3]

Overview[edit]

Kurtis is a keynote speaker and founder of Breathwork Detox, a specific breathing practice and healing modality that induces catharsis and states of flow known as flow-state and transient hypofrontality.[4][5][6][7]

The World is Yours film, which will be based on his book, is currently in pre-production.[8]

Kurtis was the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of Rhode Island and Southern New England's premier entertainment magazine, Point Magazine.[9]
