Kyle Ferguson
Kyle Ferguson is an American attorney. He co-founded FBFK Law in 2004 and serves as its chief executive officer.[1] His practice focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and venture capital financings.[1]
Education
Ferguson received a B.A. in Management from Southern California College in 1995 and both an M.B.A. and J.D. from the University of Oklahoma in 1999.[1]
Career
Ferguson has represented purchasers and sellers in leveraged buyouts and mergers and acquisitions and has advised entrepreneurs and investors on venture capital and seed financings.[1] He has worked with clients in industries including logistics, telecommunications, biofuels, waste management, and real estate.[1]
In 2024, FBFK expanded into Orange County, California, through a combination with attorneys John Stephens and Todd Friedland.[2][3]
Ferguson has been included in Best Lawyers in America for corporate law and in D CEO's Dallas 500 for 2026.[4][5]
