Kyle Joseph Frost (born September 15, 1994) is a politician from Tallahassee, Florida. A member of the Democratic Party, he also ran for Leon County Commissioner, District 3 in the 2018 midterm elections[1][2], losing to Rick Minor in the primary.[3] He was appointed on November 20, 2018 to the Leon County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee.[4]

Personal life and education[edit]

Frost moved from Orlando, Florida to Clearwater, Florida with his parents in 1995, finally moving to Tallahassee, Florida in 1996 at just under the age of 2. He graduated from Lawton Chiles High School in 2013, and received his A.A. degree from Tallahassee Community College in 2018. He currently attends Florida State University, pursuing a degree in Political Science with minors in Computer Science and Communications.

Political career[edit]

On August 28, 2018, Frost lost[5] his first election at the age of 23 while seeking the office of Leon County Commissioner, District 3. On November 20, 2018, he was appointed unanimously by the Leon County Board of County Commissioners to the Leon County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee.[6]
