KytyPS5 is a free and open-source emulator for the PlayStation 5.[1] It supports Windows, Linux and MacOS. As of September 2026, KytyPS5 can emulate only certain games to varying degrees of support.[2]
Development
In September 2026, the emulator made a huge progress by entering Demon's Souls in-game and running the game at 1 fps, days later it made a jump to 30 fps.[3] Other games like Grand Theft Auto V, Astro's Playroom and Astro Bot also entered in-game.[4] [5]
