LEGEND (experiment)

The LEGEND (Large Enriched Germanium Experiment for Neutrinoless double beta Decay) is an international particle physics experiment, located in the Gran Sasso laboratory in Italy. LEGEND will search for neutrinoless double beta decay, utilising High Purity Germanium (HPGe) detectors that are operated as a time-projection chamber to reconstruct the topology of events.
