LLC Mango Telecom (trading as MANGO OFFICE brand) is a Russian provider of cloud communication services for businesses, a virtual telephony operator, and a SaaS solutions vendor in Russia.

Mango Telecom was founded on the 7th of December 2000 in Moscow, Russia. Initially, it provided VoIP calling cards for B2B and B2C clients (2000–2006).[3] In 2005, the company introduced the first virtual Hosted PBX[4] in Russia, and in 2006 it began selling virtual phone numbers. In 2014, the company underwent rebranding and adopted the MANGO OFFICE brand.

In 2016, it released a Call Center (Contact Center) — a cloud business application for real‑time processing of large volumes of inbound phone calls. In the same year, it launched a call tracking service.[5] In 2017, the company introduced the corporate messenger Mango Talker, which supports voice communications with subscribers of any telephone network.[6] In 2018, it added video calling capabilities and an omnichannel business communications tool with a built‑in sales script constructor, enabling the processing of customer requests across all communication channels: phone, SMS, web chats, social networks, and messengers.[7]

In 2019, MANGO OFFICE became the first cloud operator on the Russian market with a unified communications perimeter, having built "360‑degree communications".[8] In the summer of 2019, the company launched speech analytics — a system for analyzing the content of phone conversations using artificial intelligence. In October 2020, the company began commercial operation of voice bots based on speech generation and streaming recognition technologies, capable of forming and delivering utterances in response to phrases in a dialogue.

In 2021, MANGO OFFICE launched its marketing BI platform and chatbots for businesses, and the number of the company's users exceeded 500,000.[9] In 2023, the company introduced its Competitor Analysis service.

In 2024, GPT‑based technologies from 3iTech and Yandex SpeechKit were integrated into the Speech Analytics service (which converts conversations into text, classifies them by topic, and links them to call recordings and reports). In the same year, a no‑code chatbot builder was released, and technological cooperation began with BPMSoft "LANIT Omni", a low-code platform developer for business process automation (part of the LANIT group).

Within the Russian UCaaS market, MANGO OFFICE is one of the de facto leaders and a benchmark provider: the company combines the largest share in CCaaS with leadership in virtual PBX solutions and a developed UCaaS platform that covers a wide range of communications.
