LOGE

From EverybodyWiki Bios & Wiki

LOGE is a digital platform for discussion and collective learning created by the Finnish consulting company Talent Vectia.

The platform is used to involve and commit employees in change, in an easy and scalable way. The platform facilitates, documents and analyses discussions automatically. In the discussions change – be it big or small – is broken down into everyday situations and ready-made questions, giving employees room to interpret what change means to them and for the organization as a community.

The platform has been used by global companies in for example sales and leadership development, defining and implementing new strategies, and creating a common way of working.

Using LOGE as a part of change management has a large impact and benefits for many stakeholders.

  • For discussion participants LOGE is an easy yet different way to discuss change with their colleagues and together learn what it means in their day-to-day work. It also gives employees a way to give feedback and actively participate in change.
  • For decision-makers LOGE is a cost-effective and scalable way to implement change, while having a realistic and real-time progress overview. LOGE’s dashboard enables smarter data-driven decisions and resource allocation.
  • For the Organization LOGE creates a sense of transparency and community when employees can openly discuss and be a part of change. LOGE also enables organizations to invest their time and resources where it matters the most.

When employees understand the reason behind change and what the direction of the organization means in their daily actions and decisions, everyone can pull in the same direction.
