LTI Gray Matter was a video game development company. It was founded in January 1992 by Michael Livesay, who got his start in the video game industry by porting Miner 2049er for the Apple II in 1982. The company was initially founded as "'Livesay Technologies Incorporated"' (LTI) for short. It was located in Simi Valley, California. The company rebranded itself as LTI Gray Matter in 2000. They specialized in game development, porting, and contract programming. LTI Gray Matter has provided services to high profile clients such as Activision, Crystal Dynamics, Electronic Arts, Crave, BioWare, Pandemic Studios and iwin.com.[1] The development studio closed down in May 2010.
