LUX* North Malé Atoll Resort and Villas, Maldives
LUX* North Malé Atoll Resort & Villas is a resort property located on the six-hectare island of Olhahali in the North Malé Atoll, near Malé, Maldives. The resort is part of LUX* Resorts & Hotels - a member of Lux Island Resorts Co Ltd (LIR) which is listed on the Stock Exchange Market of Mauritius[1]. LIR is an affiliate member of Ireland Blyth Ltd (IBL), which is the second largest business group in Mauritius, representing a portfolio of approximately 300 subsidiaries and associated companies.
History The resort was opened on the 1st of February, 2019 and has a total of 67 keys. The architectural design of the resort is Hannan Yoosuf Architects, and the interior designer is Singaporean Miaja Design group. From Velana International Airport, the resort can be accessed by speedboat, which takes approximately 60 minutes, or by seaplane, which takes approximately 15 minutes.
