Lady Bardales
Lady Bardales (born 29 November 1982) is a Peruvian police officer[1] who worked for former president Alejandro Toledo in 2005.[2] Bardales is a lieutenant in the Peruvian National Police, and was at some point assigned to provide protection for President Toledo's wife.

Lady Bardales was for months a fugitive of justice,[3][4][5] as she was sentenced for illegal enrichment, but failed to show up at court. As of July 2, 2008, she surrendered to authorities.
On 23 September 2008 Lady Bardales was released from prison with all charges dropped due to lack of evidence.
Personal life[edit]
During 2019, Bardales announced that she had become a born-again Christian and was engaged to be married.[6] She lives in Lima and enjoys running.
