Lady Lallaine Reed (born August 26, 1974) is an American-German martial artist, actress, writer, massage therapist, minister, and mother of 4 children. Reed holds black belt rankings in seven styles of martial arts and was a competitor in martial arts and has authored 11 books
Early life
Reed was born Lady Lallaine Medina in Manila, Philippines to Carlo & Raquel Medina on August 26, 1974. She grew up in Manila and started martial arts at age 16. She moved to Hamburg, Germany in 1995.
Martial arts
Reed started her training in Tae Kwon Do and Wada Ryu in the Philippines and has been practicing Martial Arts and researching since 1991. She’s a 5th Degree Black Belt in Tang Soo Do and certified Master Instructor in Tang Soo Do, under Grandmaster Darryl Khalid of Universal Tang Soo Do Alliance. She tested for black belt in Tae Kwon Do from Master Thien Vo. She’s a 5th Degree Black Belt in Wei Kuen Do under Grand Master Leo Fong, a first generation Wei Kuen Do. She's certified instructor of Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do under Sifu Zee Lo. She's a master in Tai Chi Chuan, Shibashi, Qi Gong, and a 5th Dan black belt in Reed's Active Martial Arts System under Grandmaster David L Reed. She is currently studying Wing Chun under Sifu Greg Yau, and taking Krav Maga seminars from FIMA (Federation of Israeli Martial Arts) members.
Reed was nominated to the Ultimate Hall of Fame in 2023.
She is the author of at least 11 books and a long time volunteer editor of a couple of E-Newsletters. Master Reed lives in Los Angeles, California.
Massage therapist
Reed is a Certified Massage Therapist, a Reiki Master Reiki Master in Usui Reiki through Bryce Winston and a Minister. She has been practicing Massage for 30 years. She started in 1993 and never looked back. In the last 10 years, she has done therapy on many people in the entertainment business from Eric Fleischman the trainer ETT to the President's Chef Andre Rush to the bass player from Nickelback Michael Kruger, to the famous Cobra Kai Martin Cove, Sally Kirkland, the star of Anna, and Maurice Compte of Narcos. Her specialty is Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Points, Swedish Massage, Chakra Balance, Pregnancy and Infant Massage, Geriatric and Seated Massage, Shiatsu, Reflexology and Acupressure.
