Lady Sushil Ramgoolam SSS
Lady Sushil Ramgoolam State Secondary School is a secondary girls school located in Triolet, Mauritius. This high school was named after the Late Prime Minister's Wife, Lady Sushil Ramgoolam. It was inaugurated on 28th of April 1982 and was mixed gender at first. Lady Sushil Ramgoolam is among the best secondary schools in the North Region and at National level which prepares its students for the Higher School Certificate and School Certificate. It focuses on cutting edge ways to motivate its students and aim for excellent results. Lady Sushil Ramgoolam SSS was able to witness three laureates in Art Side Girls since its coming into existence and multiple ranked students in a panoply of subjects.
List of Laureates :
1. Priyadarshini Soobhug was the first Laureate of this institution, placed first in Art Side Girls State Scholarship scheme for 2012 HSC Examinations.
2. Vandana Bhotooa was proclaimed as additional laureate in Art Side Girls selected on Merit and Social Criteria for 2016 HSC Examinations.
3. Sidarshinee Jeetun became the second student to win a State Scholarship at the Higher School Certificate, fist in Art Side Girls for 2017 HSC Examinations
