Lake Homes Realty
Lake Homes Realty, LLC is a multi-state real estate company headquartered in Hoover, Alabama.[1] It says it is the nation's largest lake-focused real estate brokerage.[2]

Lake Homes Realty was launched in 2009 as an online advertising portal featuring real estate listings for lake property. In 2012, the business model was adjusted to become a highly virtual real estate brokerage connected to multiple listing services. By 2013, Lake Homes Realty began growing as a brokerage in multiple states. Currently, the company claims to have listings in 30 states.[2] It operates wholly owned brokerages and is not a franchised entity.
Lake real estate market report[edit]
Each quarter, Lake Homes Realty releases a lake real estate market report that includes information about multiple U.S. lake markets. The report also covers national trends[3] such as the best lakes for retirement[4] and the impact of COVID-19 on the lake real estate market.[5]

- In 2017, 2018, and 2019 Lake Homes Realty ranked on the Inc 5000 list of the country's fastest growing companies.[6]
- In 2019, CEO Glenn Phillips won the Birmingham Business Journal's CEO of the year award.[7]
- In 2015, COO Doris Phillips won one of the Birmingham Business Journal's Women to Watch awards in 2015.[8]
