Development[edit]
The development of Last Days started on September 6, 2015. On June 16, 2016, an early alpha of the game was uploaded to GameJolt where it was met with positive reviews and community feedback.[1] On June 17, 2016 the game was officially released on Steam in early access and was published by 2nd Dimension Ghost.[2] Development on the game continued until February 17, 2017 until the game was cancelled due to the game files being corrupted and with no backups.[3] After the outrage by the community, the game was made free to play on August 23, 2017 with no further plans of development.[4]
