LatentView Analytics
Introduction
LatentView Analytics is a global data analytics company with a global delivery centre[1] located in Chennai, India. It also has sales offices[2] located in Princeton, N.J., San Jose, Calif., London, and Singapore. The company was founded by Venkat Viswanathan in 2006[3] and also served as its Chief Executive Officer from 2006 to 2014[4]. Rajan Sethuraman was appointed as Chief Executive Officer[5] of LatentView Analytics, effective from April 1, 2019. He took over from Gopi Koteeswaran who had served in this position since January 2014.
History
In November 2015, LatentView Analytics partnered with the Chennai Corporation Commissioner, Vikram Kapur, to set up a control centre for social media monitoring[6] during the Chennai floods[7].
On 7 November 2017, LatentView Analytics announced an agreement with Arvato Financial Solutions to provide strategic consulting and analytic services to financial service companies.
On 20 September 2018, LatentView Analytics announced the appointment of Sekhar Krishnamoorthy as Chief Product Officer. He had previously led the Consumer Insights and Analytics organization for Procter and Gamble’s Global Baby Care Business Unit.
On 23 October 2018, LatentView Analytics participated in a conclave organised by the Robert Bosch Centre for Data Science[8] and Artificial Intelligence, IIT-Madras[9].
