Latte Flight
Served at a coffeehouse, a Latte Flight is similar to a Beer flight, where it is a method of serving a variety of Latte's in smaller amounts for tasting. The number of lattes in a flight varies, but is commonly 3 to 5[1], and comes served on a designated tray, paddle, or board.
Latte Flights can be served hot or cold, and include fun flavor combinations chosen by the coffeehouse with espresso, steamed milk, and preset toppings.
Origin
Latte Flights are said to have originated in Brainerd, Minnesota.[2] Mary Tuomi, co-owner of a local brewery where they served beer flights, was inspired to make a Latte Flight to serve at her local coffee shop[3].
