Laura Martin (born January 8, 1997, in Zurich, Switzerland) is a Swiss author and business owner. She has written two books and remains actively involved in various projects. Born January 8, 1997, in Zurich, Switzerland. Martin never let her learning disability, or her physical problems get her down. At the age of 16 she learned to work on it. She has read more than 252 books and applied them in her daily life. She has been practicing meditation and Tibetan practices for over 7 years. She has improved her pain from rheumatism and arthritis. Worked hard on her learning disability and currently has better control of her headaches and body aches.[1]

Career[edit]

Martin owns several companies in Switzerland. She has in-depth knowledge of customer service, consulting, and wealth management. From 2012 to 2016, she was deputy branch manager at Swiss Post in Zurich. She was responsible for accounting and controlled financial management. Most recently, she worked at Migros Bank, where she was responsible for French, English and German speaking private and institutional clients. For more than 6 years, she has been honing her skills in the areas of customer service, advisory, asset management and financial analysis.

In 2018, Martin began working as an assistant to her brother, Oliver Martin. She has since advanced to the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at his company and owns several other businesses. She is currently working on new projects.

Martin is also an author. She co-authored her first book, 31 Bridges, with her brother, Oliver Martin.[2] The book was published in 2022. Her second book, Living in a Toxic World, published in 2024, delves deeply into the various ways our environment and society affect us and explores strategies to remain resilient in an often toxic world. It is a book that both educates and inspires hope.[3]

Now Martin is a Multimillionaire and is still working on projects for the future. After the release of her first book "31 Bridges", which she wrote together with her brother Oliver Martin, she decided to write a second book. Her second book was published in 2024 with the title Living in a Toxic World. New ideas and projects are still being planned and will be realized by her in the coming years.
