Lawrence Jitendra Kumar Sinha also known as Chef Lawrence Sinha, is a Fiji born Indian former Food Quality Ambassador who graduated from the University of South Pacific.
Early and Personal life
Born Lawrence Sinha on 06 March 1976 in Nausori , and raised in Suva . He completed his primary and high school studies at Rishikul Primary School and Rishi Kul Sanatan College, respectively. He went on to study Culinary [1] and graduated from the University Of South pacific in 2017. Lawrence holds a Diploma in Culinary Arts and Management.
He is married in 1999, to Sangeeta Goundar, and they have two children. The couple entered into a civil marriage, and according to the database, they are still registered as married.
Career
After furthering his studies, he worked at Mamacita Restaurant in 2014 for a year before moving to Far west, where he became a highly Chef working in Sheraton Spa and resort. In 2019, Lawrence was promoted as food Quality Ambassador. In 2021, Lawrence joined University of South Pacific as chef and opened a fully operation Restaurants named as frangipani cafe. In November 2022, Lawrence moved to NewZealand and joined Remuera Golf Club
