ReBuy GmbH
ReBuy[2][3][4] was funded by several European venture capital funds, including Iris Capital and Capnamic.[5] Under Leuschner, ReBuy reached four million customers, selling around 100 million repaired and refurbished products. By 2017, ReBuy employed approximately 600 people and generated over 100 million € ($120 million) per year.[6]
TIER Mobility SE
Founded in 2018, TIER Mobility GmbH is a shared micromobility provider based in Berlin, Germany. According to Leuschner, he was drawn to the e-mobility industry because of its potential to lessen the impact of climate change.[7] TIER currently operates in 103 cities across 13 countries, including Paris, London, Berlin, and Dubai.[8] The e-mobility service includes four models of e-scooters, as well as e-mopeds in several cities. Users locate and unlock the vehicles via a mobile app that shows them the location of available vehicles via GPS.
