Lawrence & Mayo Pvt Ltd (commonly referred to as L&M) is an Indian eyewear fashion and luxury retail company established in 1877. The tagline of the brand is: "Setting Trends Since 1877".

Lawrence & Mayo was started by two Jewish families: the Lawrence family and the Mayo family, in 1877.[1] The company was incorporated on 1st July 1938 under the Indian Companies Act of 1913 during the British rule.[2] The company operates over 110 stores across India, usually located in high street and upscale areas in metros and tier 1 cities.[3][4] All the stores are fully owned by the company and do not follow a franchise model.[5] Its flagship store is situated in the heritage building of Lawrence and Mayo House at Fort, Mumbai.[6] The company, which is known for its B2C Optical Retail Business, has also diversified in the B2B category in the Scientific, Survey and Meteorological Instruments industry, where it operates through its sub-brand – “LYNX”.[7] Recently, the company has also ventured into the Electric Vehicle charging Infrastructure business in partnership with Magenta Power.[8]
