Introduction Leadership is an art that helps to inspire or motivate the employees of the industry. According to Gandolfi and Stone, (2018, p. 265) leadership quality helps to achieve the goal of the construction industry. Leadership is an action that helps to lead a group of people or organization that helps to meet the target of the industry within a limited time. It helps to provide direction to the employees of the organization that help to meet the need of the company. Leadership helps to maintain the inner environment of the organization in a proper and efficient way. Leadership helps the employees to reach their full potential. As per this, the employees can easily achieve the goal of the goal within a limited time.

Importance of leadership in the construction industry Motivate the employees

Leadership helps to motivate the employees of the construction industry as it is very important to achieve the goal of the construction industry (Zhang, 2018, p.1506) . It is a very profitable activity for the construction industry as the employees would achieve the goal in a limited time. Team management is very essential for growing the construction industry. The construction industry is based on teamwork as it has a lot of sectors. It is very essential to maintain a proper relationship among the employees. It is very essential to choose the right employees who are eligible for the job and who have an interest in this job. Team management helps to increase the competitive advantage of the construction industry. It is very essential to choose employees who have experienced or knowledge of the work as the employees would understand the job easily. The leadership quality helps to manage the team as sometimes it helps to decrease the inner conflict among the employees.

The leaders would share the information with the employee that are job-related and that affects the work responsibilities of the construction industry. It helps to increase and build the trust of the employees to the leaders that would help to maintain the industry in a smooth way. It helps to promote the spirit of the team and it helps to increase the cooperation among the employees that would help to do the work within the proper way. It helps to generate creative thinking of the industry that would help to maintain the competitive advantage of the construction industry. It helps employees to grow and develop in the construction industry. This method helps to increase the sustainability of the employers as the employees have the space that the employees can easily ask the question to the leader. The construction industry is facing different types of problems like economic and environmental challenges. The environment is an important part of the construction industry as the construction work would be done according to the weather of the climate. Climate change has an effect on the construction industry. For this reason, climate change has an effect on the construction industry. There is a problem with climate change then it would be harmful to the construction industry. When the climate is not good at that time the work of the construction industry would be stooped as per this reason it has an effect on the economy of the construction industry. The economy is related to the different factors of this industry as the industry are depends on the stakeholder, shareholders that are also an important part of the economic background of the industry. The economic problem is a common problem in the construction industry as the industry has relationships with the environment (Gobbi et al. 2016, p.338). As the construction industry is facing the challenges so the construction industry is not fulfilling the values and strategy of the construction industry. For this reason, it is very essential to maintain the leadership quality in a proper way. The leadership quality would increase by the training and workshop in the construction industry. The training process can help to increase the knowledge of the leaders and the employees. It can help to find out the weak link of the company and help to transfer the weak point into a strong point. It helps to find out the strength skill of the employees and that help to improve it vas it help to increase the profit percentage of the construction industry. The workshop is important as it helps to gain knowledge as the knowledge help to improve the working quality of the employees as the employees are the main working source of the company. As per this reason, the training and the workshop process helps to increase the knowledge of the company and the efficiency of the employees. Since 2011 worth of the construction industry has been reduced. In addition in 2017 worth of the economic industry accounted for up to £61.7 billion. The value is reduced by up to 13%. Conclusion

As the leadership help to maintain the relationship between the leader and the employees of the construction industry. The leadership quality helps to increase the profit percentage of the construction as the team management is dependent on leadership quality. The construction industry is facing some problems like economic and environmental problems the leadership quality is essential for solving the problem in an easy way. The leadership quality should be increased by the training and the workshop process. These two proceeds help to attract the customer and the customers are the main revenue of the construct action industry.  Leadership helps to remove the inner conflict inside the construction industry.
