Leah Shutkever (born May 1990) is the top female competitive eater in the UK. Leah has broken 26 food-related Guinness World Records[1], such as:
- August 23rd, 2020 - 'Fastest time to eat a cucumber' (27.16 seconds)
- September 17th, 2020 - 'Most mini gherkins/pickles eaten in one minute' (23)
- September 27th 2020 - 'Most hot cross buns eaten in three minutes' (6)
- October 21st, 2020 - 'Most marshmallows eaten in one minute (no hands)' (20)
- November 9th, 2020 - 'Most chocolate truffles eaten in one minute (no hands)' (12)
Leah eventually left her steady career in interior design to pursue professional eating. Leah does strength training, and eating a balanced diet the remainder of the time[2]. She regularly posts photos of her fit physique for her 163k followers on Instagram.
She also has a YouTube channel with over 308k subscribers, where she documents her speed eating victories, various food challenges and records.[3]
