Leandro de Moura Ribeiro (born April 18, 1982) is a Brazilian politician and social activist.
Education[edit]
He has a Master's degree in Criminology, by the Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales, Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is a psychologist, graduated by the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul, and lawyer, graduated by the State University of Mato Grosso do Sul. He was admitted to the OAB (Law proficiency exam) while still attending his fifth year of law school; [2] He is also a postdoctoral graduate in Education and Constitutional Law,[3] and holds postgraduate credits in LIBRAS, by SOCIESC.
Academic work[edit]
During his graduations, he has collaborated with numerous extension and teaching projects. He was a volunteer instructor and also received scholarship as teaching monitor. He was a member of the UEMS Advisory Board, a member of the Legal Practices Advisory Board (NPJ) and of the Supervised Internship Analysis Committee (COES), UEMS. Director of Political Training at Academic Center of Law, UEMS. He was President and founder of Academic Center of Psychology in UFMS-CPAR.[4] Researcher in Human Rights and Citizenship; in Juridical Culture, State University of Mato Grosso do Sul / UEMS. He was a member of the commission for the constitution of the NGO In Defense of Human Rights of Paranaíba - Mato Grosso do Sul.[5]
Activism and social projects[edit]
Idealizer of the Social Project 'Clothes for All' - ‘Movimento Roupa para Todos’, in Campo Grande - Mato Grosso do Sul, in 2014. He participated in several social actions, focusing on the reduction of inequality and the rescue of the human dignity of as many people as possible. Actions that focused on street children, positive children in HIV, quilombola communities, among others.[6][7][8][9]
